Balinese Massage
Balinese Massage is unique in that it brings together several alternative medicine practices such as massage therapy, acupressure, and reflexology with the use of essential oils scented with striking aromas of jasmine, sandalwood and frangipani into a single massage session with a carrier oil such as coconut.
Sports Massage
Sports massage is a deep tissue massage and is used to treat chronic muscle tension, repetitive strain injury and postural problems.
Hot Stone Massage
During the hot stone massage treatment, smooth, basaltic (volcanic) rocks that have been heated in water are used by the therapist to perform the body massage.
The heat of the stones penetrates deep into the muscle tissue allowing the muscles to relax quicker than in a standard body massage, easing muscle tension and revitalising the muscle tissue by increasing blood circulation. Hot Stone Massage takes you to a deeper level of relaxation and well-being.
